Most suppliers sell a vehicle. This one can repair the pack inside it, certify the parts around it, convert a fleet to electric, ship it as a kit, and train the people who keep it running.
Module-level repair of high-voltage packs, inverters, DC-DC converters and control modules, with a written test report per unit.
ScopeGraded powertrain, battery and body components with documented history and export packing.
GradingNew, certified pre-owned and converted vehicles across passenger, commercial and bus platforms.
PlatformsSequenced kits for in-market assembly, with fixtures, tooling and line-side documentation.
AssemblyBuses, vans and passenger cars re-powered to electric; dedicated CNG-to-electric kits for Bajaj RE and TVS.
ConversionFour levels taught on real hardware, ending in practical assessment and certification.
Curriculum01 · Repair
Every unit is opened, measured and logged. Insulation, capacity, internal resistance and cell balance are recorded before anything is replaced — so a module is only condemned when the data says so.

04 · SKD
Semi-knocked-down supply moves the value of assembly into the destination market. Kits are sequenced to the order of the line, crated by station, and accompanied by fixtures and the documentation a new plant needs.

05 · Conversion
Buses, commercial vans and passenger cars are converted from ICE to battery-electric in Changsha: drivetrain out, motor, inverter, pack and thermal loop in, with the vehicle re-tested and documented at the end.
For developing markets there is a dedicated kit for the Bajaj RE and TVS three-wheelers, converting CNG drivetrains to pure electric — the highest-volume vehicle class in cities where charging infrastructure is still thin.

Scope a programme
Repair, parts, vehicles, conversion, assembly and training can be quoted together — which is the only way a fleet programme stays coherent.
