High-voltage work is a licence problem as much as a skill problem. CYLT runs training bases, publishes bilingual textbooks, and has put more than 3,000 technicians through structured EV courses.
Curriculum
Each level ends with a practical assessment. A technician moves to the next level only when the bench work is safe without supervision.
High-voltage architecture, isolation procedure, PPE, lock-out and the vocabulary of a pack.
Scan tools, insulation and capacity measurement, fault-code trees, and how to read a module under load.
Module replacement, pack re-balancing, inverter and e-drive work, torque discipline and end-of-line checks.
Road test, ADAS calibration, handover documentation and what to tell an owner about battery health.
How it is taught
Every module is taught on hardware: a real pack, a real inverter, a real fault. Theory is the explanation of what the technician has already seen fail.

Cohorts
Cohorts are kept small enough that everyone works on the hardware. Partner teams can be trained in Changsha, or the programme can travel with a resident instructor.
Ask about a cohortTrain a team
Tell us how many technicians, what they already work on, and where they will work. The reply is a level, a duration and a certification route.
